The seminar is introduced by Sensei Nick Di-paola, Principal and Chief Instructor of the European Russian martial Arts association.

Systema has some similarities to aikido, in particular its use of a harmonising approach. Video of the martial art can be found on YouTube for those interested.

Usual emphasis on Weapons so bring Jo and bokken.

This is a free practice outdoors in a good location experiencing Aikido without the usual mat, acoustics, light and surface underfoot.
The session usually finishes with some weapons in the sea and/or a little
meditation. As the practice is on the beach it is ideal for families and pets , and maybe a picnic!
